There's nothing like baseball on a summer night, sitting back with a cold beer ($5 on Thursdays), chewing seeds, and letting the innings cruise by.
I had a chance to be at the park every night, interacting with the team, messing around with the staff, and snapping pictures of it all. In the end, I got a stack of baseball cards with my pictures on them. It was the best summer job I could imagine, and topped off four years at the University of Oregon just across the river.
