Fitting In and Crushing IT

Point B is a consulting firm placing people at the center of change. I was brought on board to help them achieve some ambitious growth and hiring goals for their talent network. They wanted to get younger and more diverse, while increasing their positive brand recognition in a top heavy industry.

I worked closing with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to produce monthly content campaigns. I focused on what makes Point B special - the people and priorities that contribute to an award-winning company culture.

  • Led creation of Point B’s recruitment marketing content strategy.

  • Launched #FindYourPointB and drove firm-wide engagement.

  • Launched the Point B Careers Blog as a home for new content.

  • Produced articles and interviews highlighting employee stories.

  • Assisted in the formal development of Point B’s Employer Brand.

  • Rolled out an employee advocacy campaign to better engage candidates with voices they trust.

  • Developed and produced the “Life at Point B” video series utilizing employee filmed selfie footage to showcase work/life balance.

  • Designed and executed graphics to create a cohesive visual language for marketing campaigns.

Employee Advocacy

During our content strategy research, we heard time and time again that our employees placed the opinions of colleagues above messaging from brands. Point B wanted employees to take up its banner and wave it for their personal networks to see.

The key was putting collateral and messaging that aligned with their recruiting and growth goals into the hands of Point B Employees. Point B’ers are proud of where they work, they just needed a reminder, and reason, to post about it.

 
 
 
 
 

The new hire box is more than a welcome package. It signifies the start of a journey at Point B and acts as a launchpad for Point B’s Employee Advocacy Program. Each box had a hand signed welcome message, a call to post on social media, and a Point B thermos.

We started to roll these out in the beginning of March, and then the world changed…
